Bowling is a favored pastime of mine that I take quite seriously. A well-kept record of scores and pin locations aids in comprehensive analysis. For instance, determining the spare percentage of the "Big Four" or counting the frequency of achieving four consecutive strikes are invaluable insights sought by enthusiasts. It is with this purpose in mind that I undertook the development of an application.

  • Record bowling scores or pin locations in a dedicated database.
  • Retrieve and view historical scores and pin locations.
  • Display detailed statistics on scores, strikes, and pin locations.
  • Export match history to a CSV (Excel) file for further analysis.
  • Facilitate tracking for two bowlers simultaneously.
  • Store and provide access to 10 sets of history records.

The Pro version includes:

  • Extended support for up to three bowlers.
  • No constraints on the number of history records stored.
  • Integration of no-tap and shoe functionalities.
  • Ad-free experience for uninterrupted usage.

The Ultra version encompasses:

  • No restrictions on the number of bowlers catered to.
  • Unlimited storage capacity for history records.
  • Capability to export history records to XLS files.
  • Printing functionality for history records (compatible with Android 4.4 or above).
  • Inclusion of bowler's icon, handicap, oil pattern, and achievements features.
  • Seamless interface without any advertisements.

Permissions:

  • "Modify/delete SD card contents" facilitates the writing of CSV files to the SD card.
  • "Internet access" is essential for backing up/restoring database from cloud storage.
